Customer Accounts
Our site offers customer accounts. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and password. Account data is used to manage your orders, track purchase history, and access any digital content associated with your purchases.
Shop and WooCommerce Purchases
When you make a purchase through our store, we collect your name, email address, billing address, and shipping address for physical product orders. Payment processing is handled by a third-party payment processor. We do not store payment card information on our servers. Order data is retained for fulfillment, customer service, and tax recordkeeping purposes.
Courses and Digital Programs
Some courses and training programs are hosted on Thinkific, a third-party online course platform. When you enroll in a course through Thinkific, your enrollment and account data are governed by Thinkific’s Privacy Policy, available at thinkific.com. We may receive your name and email address from Thinkific for the purpose of managing your enrollment.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand how visitors use our website. GA4 collects anonymized data including pages visited, time on site, general location, device type, and browser. This data is processed by Google and governed by Google’s Privacy Policy. We do not use this data to identify individual visitors. You can opt out via the Google Analytics Opt-Out Browser Add-on.
Website Technical Data
Like most websites, our site automatically collects basic technical data when you visit, including your IP address and browser type. This is used for security and spam prevention only.
How We Store Your Data
Contact form submissions are received via email at intuitionguide@brionajolie.com and managed by Briona Jolie. Order and account data is stored within WooCommerce on password-protected systems. Physical shipping information is used solely to fulfill your order and is not shared beyond what is required for shipping.
Who Has Access to Your Data
Your personal information is not sold. It is shared only as follows: with our payment processor to complete transactions, with shipping carriers to fulfill physical orders, and with Thinkific to manage course enrollments. It is otherwise accessible only to Briona Jolie for the purpose of responding to inquiries or managing your account.
How Long We Retain Your Data
Order and account data is retained for as long as your account is active or as required for tax and legal recordkeeping purposes. Contact inquiry data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting intuitionguide@brionajolie.com.
Your Rights Under the Colorado Privacy Act
As a Colorado resident you have the right to know what personal data we hold about you, access or correct that data, and request its deletion. To exercise these rights, contact intuitionguide@brionajolie.com. We will respond within 45 days.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information you provide. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals as required by applicable law.
