Runes, otherwise known as the Elder Futhark, are ancient Nordic symbols that became the origin of the old Norse alphabet and language. Each letter contains a story with magical properties connected to the cosmos of the universe. When spoken aloud the rune emits a certain sound frequency, to transform or amplify certain energy the rune worker intends to work with.
Runes have been used for thousands of years yet are not widely known or understood by many. Their magick is mysterious to the public eye, but special souls are called in to learn and utilize their medicine (you).
In Runic School, you will learn the runesto communicate with the spirit world, to receive guidance on your path, or to work with the symbols for energetic power in your practice.
Learning the runes from a reliable source and origin will place you on the right path to create a solid rune practice. Briöna will pass down masterful teachings from the teachers before her and her relationship to the runes, gods, and goddesses.

Creation steps
8 Recorded shamanic journeys to each of the 24 runes where you can meet each of their energies in the spirit realm
This course will run for 6 weeks, including live group calls for students each week we are in session. (6 calls total).
Week 1: We begin with a welcome week which will serve as an introduction.
Week 2: We will focus on a group of runes known as Freyja’s 8, covering her 8 runes and their medicine.
Week 3: We will focus on a group of runes known as Heimdell’s 8, covering his 8 runes and their medicine.
Week 4: We will focus on a group of runes known as Tyr’s 8, covering his 8 runes and their medicine.
Week 5: Dedicated practice session, Bind Rune teaching, as well as deep dive Q&A
Week 6: Dedicated practice session as well as final deep dive Q&A and celebration!
I suggest you can focus on one section a week or longer if you like. (lean into your own learning style)
When you sign up you will be automatically enrolled and welcomed to begin your indtroduction inside Runic School before our first group gathering on zoom.

TIP ONE: Throughout Runic School, you will be encouraged to practice on your own time and with classmates in the live gatherings and dedicated Facebook group.
TIP TWO: It is highly suggested to watch and practice the current weeks content before you attend a live gathering, but not required. You will be prompted each week to help you keep on track of schedule.
TIP THREE: Classes will be held on Sunday Evening MST. You may be joined by passed rune school practitioners who are often eager to connect and practice with new students, so make friends and find practice mates!
